Pour just boiled water from the kettle into a stainless steel, or glass bowl, next get a smaller bowl and break up the chocolate and place it inside and then gently sit it inside the bigger bowl of boiling water. Be careful not to get water inside of the bowl containing your chocolate, (this is a very easy and gentle way to melt the chocolate without burning it).
Next get your packet of organic bread sticks and break them up into smaller, roughly 2 inch long sticks. Once the chocolate is completely melted, toss in your bread sticks and stir the chocolate all around them, so that are covered completely in the chocolate.
Now line a tray with eco-friendly, unbleached, baking paper (available from Health Food Stores) and gently lay the chocolate coated sticks onto the tray, keeping them separated from each other.
Once this is done, grab a handful of shredded coconut and sprinkle it all over the sticks, then put in the fridge for a good couple of hours to set.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
